The development of the brand and responsible production of our products is the responsibility of Ian. He continues to make sure that this independent creative and innovative company forges forward but remains rooted in the artisanal and traditional methods. 

Gavin is responsible for development of customer relationships and he is the point of contact for new and existing clients.
